The day before we left to come back home from our honeymoon trip was by far our most eventful day!
The rain forced us inside the first 3 days, then Jake got food poisoning which kept us in another day, so by Thursday we were ready to get out and do a few things.
Our first stop, where these pictures are taken, was at the Scenic Overlook at the Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area. Branson is full of hills, and this was at the top of a big one overlooking the city. It was a gorgeous view! The trees were all starting to change colors and it looked amazing.
I am a big fan of the off the shoulder sweater look with a bralette underneath. It’s a little sexy but not too much. It was a bit chilly in Branson which let me bring all of my favorite sweaters. The one I’m wearing is from Forever 21 and I can’t find it this year, but I’ve linked similar ones above. I also linked a similar pair of Level 99 jeans and OTK black boots as mine are sold out. I LOVE my Gucci dupe belt and wear it all the time.
I was thankful the sun was shining and we could go outside! We went to the Butterfly Palace to enjoy watching butterflies fly all around. We even had a few land on us! Then we went over to Ripley’s Believe It or Not as I’d never been to one and Jake wanted to see if it was any good. Pretty much everything we did we found discounted on Groupon which was a great way to save money!
