Fall feels like it started early this year in terms of mentality, so I’ve been shopping for fall basically all of August lol. It’s by far my favorite season and I really look forward to sweater weather.
I found some really good pieces so far this year that I wanted to share that are all under $40! Most are actually around $20 #winning. They’re all well worth the price!
Taupe Suede Heels – I searched every day for a good week to find these shoes! It’s very hard to find this color in a heel that’s the perfect high for all day comfort and doesn’t cost $500. I absolutely love these heels and they’re a great buy for the price. The fit TTS. They do take a bit to arrive but are worth the wait.
Steve Madden Dupe Mules – How cute are these?! They’re literally an exact dupe for the Steve Madden pair from the NSale that are sold out. The perfect fall neutral shoe to take you from work into the weekend. Keep in mind they do take a while to ship, so the sooner you order, the better. I have my true size but they run a slight bit narrow so if you’re between, size up.
Green Off the Shoulder Sweater – This sweater is so soft and comfy! The color is so pretty and perfect for fall. I love the off the shoulder detail and the batwing sleeves which make it feel so chic. I have a size small and think it fits TTS, but you can size up for a more oversized fit. It also comes in 10 other colors!
White Tunic Sweater – I am kind of obsessed with this sweater. It is SO soft, stretchy and I love the length. It’s long enough to wear with leggings but has a kind of high-low hem which you can still front tuck. It comes in 14 other colors and I’m legitimately considering getting another one haha.
Spanx Dupes Faux Leather Leggings – I did a whole review on these Spanx dupes comparing them to real ones…spoiler alert: they’re SO GOOD. I got them as a more affordable option to compare with the Spanx pair from the NSale because honestly I couldn’t bring myself to keep a $65 pair of leggings, and I actually liked these better anyway. I sized up to a medium because I didn’t want them to be uncomfortably tight like the Spanx pair, but I could have gotten a small and been fine. They’re definitely less restrictive and more comfortable.
White Ripped Knee Jeans – These were such a great find and only $20! I love the ripped knee detail and they also have a raw hem and are high waisted. They were a bit more stiff at the beginning than my typical favorite jeans but have worn in well.
High Waisted Olive Jeggings – I got these as a replacement for my old olive jeans that weren’t dressy enough for work. These are perfect for the office because they look almost like slacks with a slight sheen. They’re very stretchy and the perfect neutral shade of olive. I got a size 3 so they weren’t super tight, they fit TTS.
Black Cowl Neck Sweater – Probably my favorite purchase of fall so far. This sweater is so soft and cozy and will be perfect to cuddle up in on those chilly fall and winter days. It fits oversized, I have a small. It has a nice stretch to it and can also easily be worn off the shoulder, too.
White One Shoulder Top – This is like a cross between a sweater and a tee. It’s a thicker material, but not quite sweater thick. I love the fold over detail one side, and it actually stays in place! I wore it for date night recently and got 3 compliments from random strangers which is how I know something is good. I have a size small and it fits great. I’d size up if you don’t like things super fitted.
Tan Tunic Sweater – The perfect thing to wear with the faux leather leggings and some boots! Since I work from home, I wanted more options to wear with leggings that would keep my bum covered. This sweater is the perfect length and I love the side slits. When I got it in the mail, I was unsure but after I washed it, it felt like a new sweater! It’s very soft now and a great neutral addition to my closet. I have a small in the khaki color.
Camel Turtleneck – You can never go wrong with a classic turtleneck in my opinion. This sweater is a nice mid-weight thickness, not thick or heavy but still warm. It’s the perfect camel color and comes in a few other colors, too. I got an XS and it runs TTS.
Which piece is your favorite? Have you found any pieces you’re loving for fall yet?
