Let’s talk ✨CREATIVE FINANCING✨

You don’t need a bunch of your own cash to invest in real estate. I know that sounds crazy, but there are so many options for investing that you can get started with very low (or even NO) money down. How??

🏠Hard Money Lenders. Some Hard Money Lenders want to see you have some “skin in the game” with a 20% downpayment. But you can use private money for that 20% to make it so you have nothing up front come out of pocket.

🏠Partnerships. There are infinite ways to structure a partnership in real estate and plenty of people who would love to partner on a deal. DM me if you want some ideas on this one, I’m happy to share.

These are just two of the many ways to creatively finance a deal. Money doesn’t have to hold you back from investing — there are other options!!

Day 5: Getting back & going home 😭 We got back

Day 5: Getting back & going home 😭

We got back to Miami around 6 am, ate breakfast and enjoyed the view before packing up to get off the ship 🛳.

We had a few hours to kill before our flight, so we went to take a tour of the Everglades at Gator Park. Highly recommend if you’re in Miami, it was so much fun and we saw multiple gators (and lots of other things) up close and personal 🐊

I was lucky enough that my connecting flight went to Dulles with my mom and sister before going back to KC. It was nice to have a little extra time with them 🥰 AND I hate flying so having them both on the plane with me definitely helped!

This was my first cruise and I have to say we’re already planning our next one and I can’t wait to go away again 😂 it was amazing!!

Spirit week was quite possibly the most fun week at work I’ve ever had. It felt like being back in high school but we got to complete!! We missed first place by TWO points, but still felt like we won with all the effort we put in 🥰 #teamprofessional

-Tacky Tourist - Scavenger hunt
-TikTok Day - make a crazy video (which is in my feed if you haven’t seen it!)
-Twinning Day - all black with the core values aka Professional Letterhead 😂

Day 4: The Bahamas! We went to Blue Lagoon Islan

Day 4: The Bahamas!

We went to Blue Lagoon Island and had the most amazing time swimming with sea lions and just relaxing on the beach with some drinks 🍹 (non-alcoholic for me & mom, but still delish)

I think this was my favorite day of the trip 🥰
